Our Experience & Unique Positioning

Between the two of us, we have spent over 30 years working in the trenches of education, social services, and nonprofits. We’ve managed complex programs for major cities like Boston, Atlanta, and Baltimore. We’ve built curricula from scratch and facilitated professional development for educators who demand real value, not just fluff.

We also know the pressure of the private sector. One of us comes from the world of tech startups, having scaled companies towards successful exits. The other has spent decades developing professional development with high-level academic leadership & administrators, collaborating with NGOs and supporting various high impact education initiatives .

We brought these worlds together because we saw a gap. The corporate world had the systems but lacked the soul. The social sector had the mission but often lacked the scaffolding to scale.
